Roommate Matching
At
Preserve, we take pride in our roommate matching process! Our
manager personally handles it herself, bringing over 10 years of
experience—no computer algorithms here.
When you apply, you’ll complete a short questionnaire with several
personality questions. The biggest factors we consider
are:
- Your school
- Your age at move-in
- Pet preferences
- Cleanliness levels
- Partying habits
- Smoking preferences
There are
a few other factors we consider as well, but these are the main
ones.
We start placements and roommate matching in May, but final
assignments aren’t sent out until late July due to the many moving
parts involved. Our goal is to help you meet new people and
hopefully make some lifelong friends!
